In the UNLIKELY event the meet is canceled, refunds will be issued as follows.
(On or before the date Eagle’s Wings is notified):
December 31st – 100% refund for all entries
January 1st – 5th – 75% refund for all entries
January 6th – 9th — 50% refund for all entries
After January 10th we are inside of two weeks, at that time, if the meet is cancelled, we will give back what we can but we don’t have an exact percentage.
