Coaches,
We would like to personally invite you and your teams back to the 2027 Dallas Trampoline & Tumbling Cup, January 21–24, 2027.
Before looking ahead, I want to once again apologize for having to cancel last year’s Dallas Cup due to the severe weather. We know how much planning, travel, preparation, and expense goes into attending a meet, and canceling was certainly not the way we wanted the weekend to go.
We also know there are a few things from last year that still need to be addressed.
Outstanding Refunds
We are aware that some refund checks may still be outstanding or may not have been received. If your gym is still missing a refund check, please reach out to us so we can verify it and get it resolved.
There were also a few teams that submitted timely requests for full refunds due to athlete injuries prior to the cancellation, and unfortunately those refunds were not processed as they should have been.
For those athletes, we want to make that right. We are offering one free 2027 Dallas Cup entry for each athlete who should have received a full refund last year. Please contact us so we can verify those athletes and apply the complimentary entries.
Synchronized Competition
Our synchronized athletes also did not receive a refund for the synchronized portion of their 2026 entry.
Because of that, we will not be charging a synchronized entry fee for the 2027 Dallas Cup.
Space for synchronized competition will be limited, so please get those entries in early.
We are also excited to offer Mixed Pair Synchronized this year!
Reminder: Synchronized competition is Level 8 and above.
Looking Forward to 2027
We had several new things planned for last year’s Dallas Cup that we never had the opportunity to unveil. We have carried those ideas forward and are excited to finally bring them to the 2027 Dallas T&T Cup, along with some additional things we have been working on.
Last year certainly didn’t go the way any of us planned, but we hope you will give us another opportunity to host your athletes, coaches, and families.
We appreciate those of you who supported us through a very difficult situation, and we are looking forward to putting on the Dallas Cup we had hoped to give you last year.
