To our Athletes, Coaches, Judges, and Families,
It is with a heavy heart and a deep sense of responsibility that we announce the cancellation of the 2026 Dallas T&T Cup.
This was not a decision we wanted to make. We genuinely love hosting this event, and we know how much time, effort, and dedication everyone has put in to prepare for this weekend. However, in light of the State of Emergency declared by the State of Texas, we have to place the safety of our T&T community above all else.
While we were looking forward to a weekend of outstanding competition, we cannot in good conscience ask families, coaches, and judges to travel or compete under these conditions. The health and safety of everyone involved must remain our highest priority.
Important Information Regarding Refunds:
We recognize the significant financial commitment required to participate in competitive sports and we do not take that lightly.
- Our team is currently working to finalize a plan to issue partial refunds to all registered.
- We plan to ship any leotards pre-ordered directly to your club. If anyone is interested in purchasing ones we would normally have on-site please reach out directly to Brittany Stout, brittany@ewagym.com
- Club Directors will receive a follow-up email early next week with specific details on the refund process.
We share in your disappointment, but we believe this is the responsible choice. Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and your continued support of the T&T community.
Please stay safe, remain indoors when advised, and look out for one another. We look forward to seeing you all back on the floor next year January 21-24, 2027.
